Where do you ship?

Original paintings can be shipped internationally - please contact me directly at contact@katharinaschmidt.art for details.

Where are the products made?

Original artworks are made in Helsinki, Finland.

How long will it take?

Shipping time for international painting shipping will be estimated based on the product and destination.

EEA countries and UK

I currently offer free shipping on all Wearable Art orders over 50€. Wearable Art orders below 50€ will be shipped on a standard flat rate of 4,90€.

International shipping

Wearable Art is currently not available outside of EEA and UK.

Painting purchases are available for international shipping, please contact me for details.

Please note that any extra shipping fees (customs, VAT, etc.) are on the responsibility of the buyer/recipient!

Shipping and handling prices are automatically added at checkout based on your location.

Return Policy

Products that are still in the original packaging where the protective clear pocket and it's seal have not been broken have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with an unbroken seal. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@katharinaschmidt.art. If your return is accepted, I will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as commissioned art works or custom made Wearable Art. If you are displeased with the end result, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, I don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
